Q: Now that BCT Partners has been hired as a new SPARQ contractor, where do grantees and sub-grantees go for technical assistance with SPARQ issues?

A: BCT Partners (www.bctpartners.com) has assumed responsibility for providing SPARQ technical assistance as of July 26, 2010. BCT Partners is now the initial point for contact for SPARQ users who have questions or need assistance related to the SPARQ data system. Staff from BCT Partners and Mathematica will work as a team to ensure that TA continues to be delivered promptly and efficiently.

All requests for SPARQ technical assistance should go to BCT Partners by e-mail at help@scsep-help.com or by phone, toll free, at 877-404-0688. (Do not also send e-mail to scsep@mathematica-mpr.com.) Please continue to contact your Federal Project Officers (and copy the Charter Oak Group) for all policy-related and performance issues. Data collection issues, as opposed to SPARQ TA questions, can be sent directly to COG.

Technical assistance by e-mail and phone is available for SPARQ users Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00 am and 6:00 pm (Eastern).
