Q: Clarification please--Are grantees required to retain the back of the I-9 (List of Acceptable Documents) along with the actual completed I-9? Does DOL require both front and back to be retained as part of the official participant record/enrollment?

A: DOL does not require the use of the I-9 when enrolling participants. There are no documentation requirements connected with this form.
