Are Annuity Payments Includable Income

Postby brykaczewski » Fri Mar 02, 2018 3:02 pm

Q: For the purposes of income calculation, are annuity payments considered includable or excludable? TEGL 12-06 does not specifically mention annuities....perhaps it is included under "retirement income" ?

Yes, annuity payments are listed under (J) Pension or retirement Income in Attachment I of TEGL 12-06. They are includable income
